Do you need quick pricing information? With PriceBot it's super easy! And the best thing: you can query several articles in one go! How to try it:

It's that easy:

  1. Write email: Open a new email and send it to pricebot@hhs.de.

  2. Specify products and quantities: In the email, list the item numbers and quantities - separated by a semicolon. Each article on a new line. You can specify as many items as you want in one request!

  1. Submit: Simply click “Send” – done!

Instructions for checking the delivery status of your order

With our automatic services POCHECK and STOCKCHECK You can check the delivery status of your order at any time. Here's how:

1. Query delivery date (POCHECK)

  • Send an email to: pocheck@hhs.de
  • Email subject: Enter your order number (PO#) in the subject. You can also query multiple order numbers in one email.

Example: Subject: PO#123456

2. Query inventory (STOCKCHECK)

  • Send an email to: stockcheck@hhs.de
  • Purpose: Find out whether the parts you ordered are already available from hhS are in stock.

Further information

  • Current: The information is constantly updated through our system. You can query as many times as you like.
  • Data format: All dates are in international format yyyy-mm-dd (year-month-day).
  • Delivery times: Our delivery times are estimates and are subject to change.

With these services you have access to current information about your orders at any time. Just try it!

Explanation of delivery time for products not in stock

We would like to give you a brief overview of our delivery times so that you are always well informed.

  1. Stock item: Products that we at hhS have in stock, are usually delivered within 2-5 days. Our goal is to deliver as quickly as possible.

  2. Items not in stock at the manufacturer: If we have to order products from the manufacturer and they are not in stock there, we wait for the order confirmation from the manufacturer before we can give a specific delivery date.

  3. Delivery time estimates: Where possible, we estimate delivery times based on our experience from previous orders.

  4. Products that are just being manufactured: For products that are only manufactured after ordering from the manufacturer, it may take longer until we receive a delivery date.

  5. Custom made: For specially manufactured products, additional components often have to be ordered from third-party suppliers, which can delay the determination of a delivery date.

  6. Update of delivery dates: As soon as we receive a delivery date from the manufacturer or supplier, we store this in our system.

  7. Customs declaration: If a customs declaration is required to ship the goods, it usually takes one day longer for delivery.

  8. Shipping options: We usually ship with UPS. However, you can always commission your own shippers or send us shipping labels.

  9. Delivery status available at any time: You can use our POCHECK service to check the current status of your delivery 24/7. You can find more information about this in our explanation of POCHECK.
